Attention people. There is an Eggo Waffle Bar Truck making the rounds across the United States. If you are anything like me, when I hear there is a new food truck in town, I run to it. The Eggo Waffle Bar Truck is visiting stores all over the United States and is heading to Florida now!  Click this link to find the Eggo Waffle Bar Truck near you.

I have always wanted to open up a waffle food truck. So when I heard about the Eggo Waffle Bar Truck going across the country, I started thinking of what I would put on my waffles. I like waffles for breakfast, like them sweet, savory and as a snack. Yes, I have Eggo waffles several times a week but sometimes you just want to really dress them up.

My niece and nephew are in town with me for a couple of weeks so in practice for my waffle truck, we set up our own waffle bar on the patio. Perfect for any gathering!

I found everything I needed for our Waffle Bar at Walmart then we were off to set up our bar.

We had Banana Split Waffles, Waffle Sundaes, Chicken and Waffles, PB&J Waffles. My favorite was the Chicken and Waffles. Yummy. This weekend we’re trying out breakfast waffles too.

When we had made them all to try out, I asked my niece which one she wanted to try and she said all of them. And she wasn’t joking. She said this was her favorite thing that I’ve done food wise so far. Thanks, I think. The waffle love doesn’t fall too far from the tree.

My niece and I aren’t the only waffle lovers in my family. My parents are also Eggo Waffle fans too. They have them every morning for breakfast and as a pre-bedtime snack. Delicious News! Eggo waffles now have no artificial flavors and colors from natural sources.

Be sure and check out the Eggo Waffle Bar Truck so you can get some yummy treats! There is an inspiration booklet at the truck so be sure and pick one up.  Hope our Waffle Bar inspires you to make one of your own soon.
