Simple Donut Holes

February 9, 2017 By denise Leave a Comment

Easy donut holes made from crescent rolls with a chocolate surprise inside make the perfect breakfast or dessert.

Do you ever have those days when you just need something sweet? I don’t have them often but when I do, I have to satisfy the craving. Then promptly have some type of bread to counter it. Weird, right?

Simple Donut Holes

Over Christmas, I bought some Cherry Cordial kisses to do some holiday baking. One of my favorite cookies to make are the peanut butter blossom cookies and top them with the different flavor chocolates.  I love that the kisses come in different flavors for different holidays. Because I used different kisses, I had quite a few of the cordial kisses leftover early in the new year. I wanted to use what I had leftover, so I cranked open some crescent rolls and started rolling.

Simple Donut Holes

These little donut holes satisfied the sweet craving I was having. And I love that you can get the small package of rolls and make these donut holes for two.  They are so simple to make yet so good.

These little treats would be great for Valentine’s Day either as breakfast or dessert. Easy peasy never tasted so good!
