Are you watching football this weekend? Even though my team is out of the playoffs, I’ll still be catching the games. And, of course, I’ll be watching the Super Bowl!
These tortilla pinwheels aka roll-ups are the perfect appetizer to serve your hungry crowd. They don’t take a lot of time to make and can be made ahead of time. And you can never go wrong with bacon and ranch flavored anything.
A little side note: You can also add diced green onions to the recipe. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 – 8 oz package cream cheese, reduced fat, softened
2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 package bacon, cooked crispy and diced
3-4 Garden Spinach Herb Tortilla Wraps (depends on how thick you want to spread the mixture)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, cheese and bacon. Using an electric mixer, mix together ingredients.
Spread mixture evenly among three or four tortilla wraps. Roll up tightly and cover each rolled tortilla in saran wrap.
Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight.
When ready to serve, unwrap and cut slices with a serrated knife, discarding the end pieces.
Each wrap makes about eight pieces.
