I needed a side dish for my Father’s Day dinner and since I had a huge bag of potatoes, I knew I’d make that. Since I had the grill going for the corn on the cob, I went ahead and made grilled potatoes.
Such a simple dish and a little different way to eat potatoes.
4 red potatoes, washed and sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Heat grill pan to medium heat.
Season potato slices with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle with olive oil and toss to cover.
Place slices on grill pan and let cook for about 10 minutes. Potatoes should have grill marks. Flip potatoes and cook on other side for 10 minutes or until cooked completely.
