My grilling festival continues. This time with bananas. This was a hit at our house and went great with vanilla ice cream. This dessert was so simple and had a wonderful taste to it. I’ll definitely be trying it with pineapples soon.
Preheat your indoor grill.
With the peel still on the bananas, trim the ends off. Slice the banana down the center to basically open up the banana. Drizzle some maple syrup on the bananas and brush to cover the exposed parts. Sprinkle brown sugar on top, followed by a dash of cinnamon.
Place bananas on the grill and let cook for about 10 minutes turning so all sides are heated.
