I love leftover holiday food. Especially turkey and dressing. There are so many ways to make it into wonderful leftovers, like this Leftover Turkey Bake, but one that has become a favorite is having it as a panini sandwich.
This meal is so easy, yet so scrumptious.
Leftover Turkey, Dressing and Cranberry Panini
Preheat a George Foreman Grill.
Cut baguettes in half then in half lengthwise. Spread gravy on one slice of bread. Place turkey on top of gravy. Spread dressing on turkey. Place cranberry sauce on other half of bread. Put sandwich together and lather outside of bread with butter.
Lay sandwich on grill. Cover the grill and press down to flatten sandwich. Let cook for several minutes to ensure everything gets heated. Voila, crunchy goodness.
