Are you on the Pinterest bandwagon? I am and I find lots of delicious looking recipes on there. Like this cheese dip meets artichoke dip inspired recipe.
I made this to watch the last NASCAR race of the 2012 season. The added texture from the cream cheese and spinach earned two thumbs up from everyone on this dish. Add to that you throw all the ingredients in a slow cooker and let it work its magic.
It’s perfect to eat while watching your favorite team or give it a try at your holiday parties – your family and friends will thank you.
