Outback Steakhouse is one of my absolute favorite chain restaurants to dine. The food is always, without fail, delicious.
One of their awesome side dishes is the Aussie Cheese Fries with bacon and cheese. What makes that dish spectacular though is the ranch dressing they serve with it. It has a hint of spice and is velvety creamy.
I found a copycat recipe and had to try it. The original recipe calls for 1 cup of mayonnaise but that gave it entirely too much of a mayonnaise-y taste so I’ve adjusted the recipe to 2/3 cup. You can add more according to your tastes.
