I love meatloaf. Love it I yell ya. So when my nephew asked for a burger at the same time I was craving meatloaf I went ahead and made meatloaf burgers to satisfy us both. They were so good! Moist and tasty.
1 pound beef
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp ketchup
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Preheat indoor grill. Season beef with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Mix in breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup and parsley. Combine until everything is mixed thoroughly.
Form five patties out of mixture. Make an indention in the middle of each pattie with your thumb to keep them from shrinking.
Place patties on the grill and cook until desired doneness, flipping once.
Heat hamburger buns on the grill to toast. Garnish with lettuce and ketchup. Serve with chips.
