Oh wraps where have you been all my life? As I’ve lamented before, I do not like to follow popular trends and sometimes I regret that. Like these turkey wraps. Yes, everyone makes them or sells them. Me, eh, yes I’ve made one before but it turned out too much like a taco. But then I had a turkey wrap at a work luncheon and that’s all she wrote. I went out that night and bought ingredients to make one at home. Now it is my favorite lunch item.
I served mine with a Strawberry Fields salad kit — which is another delicious find. Serve that with some chicken and maybe some fresh strawberries…yummy!
Simple and delicious.

Turkey and Havarti Wrap
Ingredients:
1 Mission Garden Spinach Herb Tortilla Wrap
Honey roasted turkey deli meat
1 slice Havarti cheese
Lettuce
Reduced fat Mayonnaise and Mustard
Instructions:
Heat up the tortilla according to package instructions. (My preference is to warm them up on the stovetop but at work I place one between two damp paper towels and put in the microwave for :45.)
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on tortilla. Place lettuce on tortilla, followed by turkey and cheese. Leave about an inch from the edges. Fold in sides of tortilla then roll up like a burrito. Cut in half at an angle.
