When my family and I ate at a local restaurant recently, we brought home many items from their market. Among these was a batch of chocolate chip cookies. The bag included the list of ingredients (minus measurements) on their packaging so of course I was challenged to make the cookies.
I got pretty close to the original cookie but the recreated version tasted to me like the Soft Batch cookies I had as a kid. Oh I loved those cookies. Are they even still available?
These were a hit with my mom because of how soft and chewy they are.
