Recently I was sent a sample of Little Soya Premium Soy Sauce to try out. I couldn’t wait to give this a try especially when I found a chicken teriyaki recipe to try using the samples. That is one of my favorite dishes but one I don’t make often enough at home.
The soy sauce added a great flavor to the dish and made it have a deep rich taste. Another plus, it’s gluten free which a lot of people are having to watch these days.
The packaging the Little Soya Premium Soy Sauce comes in is probably the cutest packaging I’ve seen in a while. It comes in little plastic fish and each fish has about 1 Tbsp in it. I do hope they have plans to have it available in a larger size for baking purposes. For single serve use though, the packaging works.
I gave a few samples to a friend of mine because her husband loves soy sauce. He gave this brand two thumbs up.
