My Weight Watchers leader mentioned that you could make pancakes out of the Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal cups that are sold at Weight Watchers meetings. I love the oatmeal so I couldn’t wait to try this.
I went online and found a couple of alternate versions: you can use 3 egg whites with the oatmeal; or 1 cup of appleasauce; or 1/4 c water and 1 egg white – which I have used today. This tasted like a French toast version of a pancake. I could definitely taste the oats so it doesn’t taste like a regular pancake.
