When you want all the Thanksgiving leftovers in one bowl, you make the Gobbler Bowl. Filled with all the Thanksgiving leftovers with a generous amount of gravy.
I saw on TikTok someone eating a Gobbler Bowl from Wawa. Now we don’t have any Wawa’s in Texas, so I had to do the next best thing and just make one myself. Woohwee this was a favorite of the leftovers I tested this month.
My niece is probably a bigger turkey and dressing fan than I am. Like she could eat it every day and not get tired of it. The first year she I was in school in the city I live in, we had it probably three times as I tested different recipes for the blog. Every year since she has asked for that again and again. This year I only made it twice – once as a welcome back to school meal and to get some leftovers for the blog. Someone’s got to do it.
Another of her favorite is the KFC Famous Bowl, which this basically is but with Thanksgiving leftovers. And I like the name Gobbler Bowl. The only thing I would change is heating my gravy up a bit more because this one was THICK! Yummy, but thick or is it thic?
We usually have Rudy’s Creamed Corn for our Thanksgiving meal so I’m hoping it is just as delicious, or more so, with that type of corn. And I need a biscuit to eat with this bowl. Why I didn’t have any for these leftovers I don’t know.
I’m trying my hand at TikTok so I did a little video of this Gobbler Bowl. Go ahead and give me a follow over there. Thank you Tiktok and Wawa for the inspiration. I know my family will enjoy these leftovers. Plus it’s simple to make.
