For the last couple of years I’ve been hanging out on TikTok mostly just to see what people are cooking, Chris Evans Tok and most recently BookTok. When I saw @moribyan make cookies out of a Brownie box mix, I said sign me up!
I’m really not a brownie fan. I mean I like them ok but I don’t crave them like I do a cookie so I was intrigued. I immediately set out to try them and then had to add more gooey-ness to them. Enter chocolate chunks and peanut butter chips. Honey please. Straight out of the oven these were ah-mazing. The fudge and gooey factor were out of this world.
I’m watching my girlish figure so I made these, ate a couple to test the quality and promptly took them to work to entice my coworkers to eat them all. I’m pretty sure they think I’m evil. My boss very proudly told me he ate five in one day starting with breakfast.

- 1 package Ghriadelli triple fudge brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c all purpose flour
- 1/4 c unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 c chocolate chunks
- 1/2 c peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together all ingredients, including fudge mix from brownie box mix.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop, place a dollop of cookie dough onto lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes.
