Air Fryer Hamburgers are the easiest way to get juicy burgers any time of the year.
I have had an air fryer for a couple of years now BUT just started using it last year. Oh I hate myself when I wait on something that turns out to make a difference in my life. These Air Fryer Hamburgers will make you want to use your air fryer every day.
No joke, I love my air fryer. Mostly because you can get that crispy fried taste without actually deep frying all the things. I don’t even turn on my oven to heat up things anymore – like pizza. The air fryer keeps leftovers fresh and crispy.
Now, I love hamburgers. But I never liked the getting grease all over the stovetop when I would pan fry them. I don’t use a grill because I’m deathly afraid of blowing myself up (same with the Instant Pot). The air fryer cooks burger patties up in no time and keeps them moist whether you like your meat with some red in it or not (like me). I can take some red in steaks because, duh delicious, but ground beef. No. Thank. You. I think that has to do with always having to brown the ground beef while making tacos. Any red in the beef is just a no no.
But I am here to tell you, cook those patties in that air fryer. It is seriously the best. I’ve made them both with beef patties already formed and from a package of ground beef and the patties that are already formed at the store retain their shape. The ones I form at home shrink and get fat. So go with the patties. And lucky me, my grocery store always has a sale of buy one get one free on preformed patties so I stock up and put them in the freezer.
Stay tuned because I will share how to make French fries in the air fryer next. The perfect side for these burgers.

Air Fryer Hamburgers
Ingredients
- 2 beef patties
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Worcestershire sauce
- Hamburger buns
- Butter
- Cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Pickles
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees.
- Season each beef patty with the spices. Drizzle a little bit of Worcestershire sauce on the beef and pat it into the beef.
- Place the patties in the air fryer. Cook for 8 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 5-9 minutes depending on your preference for doneness of the patties.
- While the patties are cooking, melt a pat of butter in a fry pan. Add hamburger pans to the pan and toast buns.
- If you would like cheese on your patties, add a slice of cheese once the patties have finished cooking and still in the air fryer. Close the air fryer for about a minute and the residual heat will melt the cheese.
- Add sauce and condiments of your choice.
