Every once in a while at work, my boss will take us out for a treat. Sometimes it’s lunch or sometimes it’s for a treat. Like ice cream. Or pie dip. Hence this Oreo Pie Dip.
To celebrate the start of summer, we went to this Pie Bar and everyone had something different. I had to wait until someone else ordered so I could see what looked good because it always seems that what someone else ordered looks better than what I did. So I followed what the person in front of me ordered, Oreo Pie Dip but I added strawberry jam/syrup to it. Because you know it has to look pretty for Instagram.
Oh. Em. Gee. Have you had strawberry jam with Oreo? It’s a winning combination for sure. Once I had a taste of this creation, you know my thoughts went to recreating it for you. My taste testers all thought it was incredible. I seriously cannot get enough of this dip and can’t wait to make it again.
You can serve it in a bowl and then have people drizzle on the strawberry syrup. OR you can be like me and put everything in mason jars. Because why not. Cuteness makes everything good.
Oreo Pie Dip with Strawberry Jam

- 5 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 c Cool whip
- 8 Oreo cookies, cream filling removed and reserved
- Strawberry Jam:
- 1/2 pint strawberries, washed, hulled and cut in fourths
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- Topping:
- Cool Whip
- Oreo crumbs
- Crust:
- Nilla Wafers
- Pecans, chopped
Instructions
- For Strawberry Jam:
- Places cut strawberries and sugar in a medium saucepan. Cook over low to medium heat for 15 minutes or until strawberries break down. Take off heat and add almond extract and mix together.
- For Oreo Dip:
- In a medium mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese butter and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until thoroughly combined. Add in cool whip and cream filling from Oreos and mix together. Crush cookies and add to mixture, reserving a small amount for garnish. Fold in to combine with creamed mixture.
- To Assemble:
- Crush Nilla Wafers and mix with pecans. Place on the bottom of your dip container. Top with Oreo Dip then drizzle on strawberry jam. You can alternate like I did into mason jars or place in one bigger bowl.
