Slow cooker pulled brisket is slowly cooked to bring you perfectly pulled beef brisket for tacos, totchos or any number of ways.
If you follow me on Instagram, you may know that I’m a self proclaimed BBQ connoisseur, but I can’t make my own smoked meats to save my life. Enter this Slow Cooker Pulled Brisket.
I wish I was one of those people who pulled out their grill at the beginning of sunny weather and grilled nightly. Unfortunately my being afraid of fire and blowing things up prevents me from being that person. It wasn’t until last year that I actually turned on my BBQ grill. By myself thanks to my cousin teaching me how to push that button. That thing just terrifies me. Now that another year has gone by, I have to wait for my nephew to visit so he can turn it on for me and give me the confidence to do it again.
I’m a wimp. And smoke meats? Please. I wish I had a smoker. And wished even more that I knew how to use one. I’m hoping my friends who own a BBQ place will one day have a workshop and share some of their secrets with me. Until then I’ll need to use what I am comfortable with – a slow cooker.
I have been on the hunt for a programmable slow cooker for a while now so I was excited when Cosori asked me if I would like to try one of their products. COSORI sent me a COSORI Slow Cooker with Programmable Cook and Digital Timer and I immediately tried it out on beef brisket. My favorite part of the slow cooker is that it has a timer and will cook for a set amount of time then turn itself to warm if you are not around when the timer is up. I have been known to go home from work to turn on or off the slow cooker. Or most of my slow cooker meals were relegated to the weekend if I didn’t have a time block to cook. Sad, I know.
COSORI wants to give you a chance to win this slow cooker too so they are giving one away to one of my followers on Instagram. Just head over there and post what you would make on the photo below that I posted there.
