If you knew me in real life you would know that I consider myself a connoisseur of hamburgers. And BBQ. And all things lemon. But mostly hamburgers. I love me a juicy burger and the toppings I put on it usually depends on what I’m hungry for at that exact moment. Some times I’m a plain Jane and just put mayo and mustard on with some cheese and lettuce. Other times I’ll put bacon and an egg on that sucker.
But then I was at a meeting and bit into a turkey sandwich that had Smoked Gouda Pimiento Cheese as the condiment. Gulp. If you remember, I shared this recipe for Smoked Gouda Pimiento Cheese and I live for that stuff. So it was only natural that I brought it to a cookout at Cousin Kyle’s and we all sat around happy happy happy eating our Smoked Gouda Pimiento Cheese Burgers. If I would have thought ahead and brought some bacon, I would have been in hog heaven. {see what I did there ;-)}
These little delectable bites of awesomeness are perfect for your next cookout or Wednesday night. Just fire up that grill or smoke yourself out of the house (if you’re like me) making them on your stovetop grill. And don’t forget to enter the #CookoutWeek giveaway going on (link below). Lots of great prizes!
