It’s football season y’all which also means tailgating! For me that means good food, fun with friends and watching men play around on the field.
Last Sunday I had a couple of friends over to watch my favorite team get annihilated. Thank goodness we had good food to munch on or else it would have been like a funeral up in my place. In between bouts of screaming we ate Creamy Queso Dip, Cream Cheese covered in Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce, my favorite chicken wings using the same sauce and these Sausage Balls.
Now I’m trying to stay off carbs and processed foods, but for the first football game for my team I had to cheat a little bit. Right?! I did try to go a little healthier with no cholesterol chips and no Bisquick in these sausage balls. These little bites of deliciousness are good for an appetizer, breakfast, snack or any meal. They are super easy to make and taste great. I’ll definitely be adding them to my party menu.
