Now that it is getting warm out, it is time to start thinking about refreshing cool drinks. Our former intern at work, Kimberly, came by recently to make us all cream sodas. Oh em gee. This drink tasted just like a vanilla float but without the ice cream. I couldn’t wait to recreate it at home.
This past weekend I was working on designing my patio and this proved to be the perfect drink to get me through the planting flowers phase. Who knew trying to get such a small space homey and inviting would be so much work? Of course, I plant one pot and then take a break. Plant another and take a break. You get the picture.
If you are having a get together for Memorial Day, this would be the perfect drink to serve your guests. If you want it as an adult beverage, just add some Bailey’s to it.
