When I was trying to decide what to place in my little snackadium, I knew I wanted to make a cheese ball. I needed something to break up the meat snacks that were threatening to overpower my table.
So, of course, I threw some bacon in the cheese ball. And that little bite of crunchiness in the ball works perfectly.
This is an easy appetizer to put together. Just serve with your favorite crackers, pita chips or bread.
Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and garlic powder. Fold in the cheese and bacon.
Form into a ball. Place a piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Sprinkle chives on the plastic wrap. Place the cheese ball on the wrap and ensure the chives coat the ball. Cover the ball with the wrap and refrigerate overnight.
