When making sandwiches at home, I usually go simple and include mayonnaise and mustard in mine. I was immediately interested when I was contacted to try the new Hidden Valley™ Sandwich Spreads because not only did they have four great flavors to try, the spreads are low in fat and can take the place of using any other spreads in your sandwich.
These new spreads are made with cream cheese and white beans, are low fat with one-third the calories of mayonnaise and only two grams of fat per serving. For someone trying to lose weight, I love this!
They are available in four flavors: Smoked Bacon Ranch, Country Herb Ranch, Oven Roasted Garlic Parmesan and Spicy Chipotle Pepper. I used the Country Herb Ranch and the Oven Roasted Garlic Parmesan to try different flavors. We were fans of both and they each gave a very distinctive flavor. Be sure and give them a try! You will enjoy them as much as my family did.
Turkey, Spinach and Brie Panini

Hidden Valley Country Herb Ranch Sandwich Spread
1 thick slice oven roasted turkey breast, deli style

Preheat George Foreman mini grill (or you can use a cast iron skillet to heat the sandwich.) Spread the Hidden Valley Country Herb Ranch Sandwich Spread on both slices of bread. Place the turkey breast on one of the slices of bread. Top turkey with cheese slices then add spinach leaves. Top with remaining bread. Run butter along top and bottom parts of the grill. Add sandwich to the grill then close the lid and press down on the grill. Let cook for about 4-6 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Enjoy!
