This little treasure is another recipe I got from the Weight Watchers message boards. I’ll tell you that I was a little leery of trying it. Just something about cranberry sauce in a slow cooker.
But let me just tell you – it works! Once everything cooked down, the ingredients made a sweet barbeque-y flavor that was a welcome treat. I cooked it low and slow all day and when I got home it was the perfect consistency. The chicken was oh so tender and the sauce was just thick enough.
I’m enjoying these slow cooker recipes. Off to find the next one.
