Who doesn’t love
A1 sauce? I love it so much I used to have it with bread when I was a kid. That’s embarrassing to admit but it’s the truth.
So when I was getting dinner together one night, I came across A1 sauce and decided to throw it in the hamburger mixture instead of on top of the finished burger. These burgers came out with such a great built in taste to them. And adding the sauce right into the mixture helped add some moisture to them as well. Very nice for a quick meal.
A1 Burgers
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
McCormicks Hamburger seasoning
3 Tbsp A1 Sauce
4 hamburger buns
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, seasonings and A1 sauce. Fold in until fully incorporated. Form into four patties.
Heat grill pan over medium heat. Grill patties until done to your liking. Grill hamburger buns on grill pan. Once done, add your favorite toppings to burger. I added some crispy fried onions.
Serve with baked sweet potato fries.
