I do love me some pork chops. In the oven surrounded by potatoes and smothered in gravy or on the grill, it matters no difference to me. Since my obsession with my indoor grill continues, we’ll just grill us up some pork chops. I am still learning how to pair up ingredients for a marinade so I went on the hunt for a good recipe and the one I found on Recipe Tips did not disappoint.
Grilled Balsamic Pork Chops
(Recipe adapted from Recipe Tips)
Ingredients:
4 bone-in chops
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Pour marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Mix together then add the pork chops. Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat your indoor grill to medium heat. Remove the chops from the marinade and place on the grill. Grill for 10-15 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
