For the past couple of years I’ve been making our Easter family dinner. This year I was going to spend some of the day with extended family so I needed a slow cooker recipe for the ham so I could enjoy my day without worrying about the main dish.
The Crockpot 365 blog is so great and has so many recipes. This one sounded delicious and I had everything on hand but the ham. My sister told me after the fact that she doesn’t even like ham but she liked this one. It was pretty tasty.
The carrots were delicious and the orange juice in the sauce gave them a little zing.
Honey Glazed Ham (Recipe adapted from Crockpot 365)

5-7 pound bone-in ham
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
Dash ground thyme
Instructions:
Place ham in 6 quart slow cooker. Beware it may be a little snug.
In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour mixture over ham. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until heated through.
