This is my go to meal when I’m hungry but don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking something. Or when I’m lazy like Sunday. These little puffs are full of flavor even without a lot of ingredients. This is the third time I’ve made them and adapted them slightly each time. This time I used what I had on hand — which wasn’t much as I hadn’t been to the grocery store yet.

Chicken and Créme Baseballs
Ingredients:
1/2 c Philadelphia Cooking Créme
2 Tbsp milk
salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tyson Southern Style chicken breasts
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 8oz can reduced fat crescent rolls
Olive oil
Italian breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cheese, milk, salt and pepper until it is creamed together. Microwave chicken according to package instructions and dice. Pour mixture over chicken and stir together.
Unroll crescent roll dough into four rectangles and pinch seams together to seal perforations. Spoon 1/4 mixture into center of each piece of dough. Divide cheese among each baseball and place top. Pull opposite corners of dough to center, repeat with remaining corners and seal. Place on sprayed cookie sheet.
Lightly brush olive oil over baseballs and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
